AI and LLM chatbots, explained

In four weeks you will understand how language models work, pick the right chatbot for your tasks, and start checking its answers instead of trusting them. The course needs no math and no coding background.

The first stage takes about 12 minutes. Your first artifact arrives within a week.

Who this course is for

  • You work with text, spreadsheets, or clients and want to hand routine work to a chatbot deliberately, not by trial and error.
  • You don't need a technical background. The course explains how models work in plain words, with no math and no code.
  • You have tried AI chatbots before, but the tricks you picked up are random and nothing ties them into a system.

Course program

The core is four required stages, one per week. The project block is optional: with it, the course fits into six weeks. Every stage ends with practice that leaves a checkable artifact.

  1. How AI works, no math

What language models are, why they make things up, and where the line of trust runs.

Artifact: a model interrogation protocol, ten questions and the errors you caught.

  2. Chatbots: choosing one for the task

DeepSeek, GigaChat, Alice AI, and Qwen: what each does best, and which one fits your work. ChatGPT and Claude come with honest notes about access from Russia.

Artifact: a comparison table of the same task in three chatbots.

  3. Prompts that work

Context, request structure, refining by result: what separates a predictable answer from a lottery.

Artifact: a library of five of your own working prompts.

  4. Checking answers and protecting data

How to fact-check a model, which data must never go into a chat, and how to build a personal verification routine.

Artifact: a verification protocol and your own list of off-limit data.

  5. AI in your daily work

    Optional

Writing, research, planning, delegating routine. You measure the time each one saves you.

Artifact: a case study with the saved hours calculated.

  6. Project: an AI assistant for your work

    Optional

A portfolio-ready final case. The course closes where chatbots stop being enough, and points to the next rung of the ladder.

Artifact: a finished case for your portfolio.

Common questions

Is the course really free?

Yes. Every stage, including the project block, is free now and will stay free.

Do I need math or programming?

No. The course explains models in plain words, and all practice happens inside chatbots without writing code.

How much time does a week take?

One stage lasts a week and holds 6-10 hours of study and practice.

I already use ChatGPT. What will this course give me?

A system instead of scattered tricks: answer verification, data safety, and choosing the right bot for the task. The library of your own prompts stays with you after the course.
