1. Overview
Traecta is currently in early access and all features are provided free of charge. This Refund Policy will be updated when paid plans are introduced.
2. Free Early Access
During the early access period, all features of Traecta are available at no cost. Since no payments are collected, no refunds are applicable at this time.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@traecta.com with your account email and reason for the request. We will process your refund within 14 business days.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
6. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account and regain access to all your data. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

3. Future Paid Plans
When paid plans are introduced, the following refund terms will apply:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.
- One-time purchases: Refund requests will be considered within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been extensively used.
