How to read these numbers
- US medians cover the whole occupation nationally — all industries and work arrangements, not remote-only roles.
- EU figures are hourly gross earnings by ISCO major group — the finest occupation cut SES publishes, so they benchmark fields, not individual roles.
- Entry share counts titles containing junior, entry-level, intern, trainee, or graduate. Boards that don't tag seniority under-report it — treat the share as a floor.
- Skills are published for engineering roles only, where board tags name the actual stack. For roles like sales or project management the tags track the employer's business rather than the hire's craft, so none are shown instead of noise.
- Postings are deduplicated across boards by employer and title — one vacancy listed on several boards counts once. The per-board numbers above are read before dedup, so they sum higher than the total.
Week 2026-W44: a snapshot of 438 unique postings taken on 2026-10-27 — the listings live on the boards that day, not an aggregate over the whole week. Roles under 3 postings are excluded as noise.
